Handles complaints of discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, place of birth, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, familial status, age, handicap/disability, use of a support animal, status as a victim of domestic violence, and gender identity/expression in the areas of employment, housing, and public accommodations. Provides training regarding civil rights and responsibilities.

Service activities include: A brief assessment (screening) of the inquirer's problem and situation to make a possible appropriate referral, provision of relevant information and referral to community resources, and a follow-up as appropriate.
