MHICM advocates a philosophy of recovery and rehabilitation. Veterans enrolled in this program have an assigned intensive case manager who has frequent contact with them through regular visits. Offers a Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program for those suffering from substance use disorders. Team consists of two psychiatrists, a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, a Psychiatric Nurse Case Manager, a Licensed Practical Nurse, a Registered Medical Assistant and several therapists who are Certified Advance Alcohol and Drug Counselors (CAADC). The program is a combination of both FDA-approved medications and counseling. Three types of MAT are offered:
Vivitrol: a monthly opioid blocker for patients free of opioids for at least five days. We can provide an outpatient detox protocol if needed.
Sublocade: Monthly Buprenorphine injection. Patients need at least seven days on oral Buprenorphine which is provided.
Probuphine: Six-month Buprenorphine implant for patients stabilized on 8mg or less of oral Buprenorphine.
Please note, our practice does not prescribe maintenance oral Buprenorphine.

FBMH promotes family unity and works toward reducing the need for out-of-home placement such as psychiatric hospitalizations and residential treatment facilities. A wide range of services are provided by the FBMH team including but not limited to; therapeutic interventions, education and skills building, case management, and family support services. This program is voluntary and time limited to generally not more than 32 weeks depending on the needs of the family. The highly intensive program also offers a 24 hour/day, 7 day/week Hospital Diversion/Crisis Stabilization component available to the families.

From outpatient treatment to long-term residential care, our team supports you on your path to recovery. We offer individualized care for people with mild to severe mental health issues, including depression, anxiety and personality disorders.



Mental Health Services include:
Outpatient Treatment, psychiatric rehabilitation, peer support services, partial hospitalization services, residential programs, vocational services and case management.

Treatments strategies that involve psychiatry, occupational therapy and psychiatric case management.

Provides outpatient psychiatric treatment including evaluations; case management; individual, group, family, and couples therapy; and resource and referral services. Offers same day appointments, day and evening hours, and multi-cultural, multi-lingual staff.

Develop case plans for the evaluation, treatment and/or care of individuals who have mental, emotional or social problems and need assistance in arranging for services; which assess the individual's needs; coordinate the delivery of needed services; ensure that services are obtained in accordance with the case plan; and follow up and monitor progress to ensure that services are having a beneficial impact on the problem.

Provides full range of diagnostic and treatment services for persons age eighteen and older, who may be experiencing a variety of problems including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, family, or work related issues. Professional therapeutic assistance may include psychological testing, and/or psychiatric evaluation. Various therapeutic treatments are offered.

Long-term Services: comprehensive mental health programs for adults with long-term or persistent mental illness. Services include diagnosis, treatment, outreach and case management and continuity of care for persons discharged from an inpatient unit or transferred from another community agency.

Blended Case Management is a service that assists in gaining access to psychiatric, medical, social, educational, and other services. Case management services include linking with services, monitoring of service delivery, gaining access to services, assessment and service planning, problem resolution and help in using community resources.
