CCTD is the transportation provider for Medical Assistance recipients in Cumberland County.
Escorts are permitted if:
1. The recipient is physically or mentally incapable of traveling alone.
2. The recipient is a minor (18 or younger).
3. The effects of treatment may cause temporary incapacity.
4. A physician provides a written statement that an escort is necessary for medical reasons.
5. The recipient needs an interpreter.
6. You provide your own escort; CCTD cannot provide them for you.
7. You notify CCTD at the time the trip is scheduled.

ADA Services provides transportation for disabled persons who are unable to use RRTA buses. Service is available in Lancaster City and County. There is an application procedure to determine eligibility. Applications are available at the RRTA office and several other social service agencies such as CAP, EARS, Deaf & Hard-of-Hearing Services, BH/DS, Blind Association, Lancaster Guidance Center, IU13, Occupational Development Center, UDS
Will provide door-to-door assistance (helping the persons from their front door to the van) for anyone who requests assistance. All requests for service must be made at least one day in advance
Persons with disabilities service for residents in rural parts of Lancaster County. Requires certification that mental or physical disability substantially limits one or more major life activities. Cost is 15% of the full fare depending on service requested

GO Westmoreland is required to provide you with the least costly, most appropriate transportation service available that will meet your needs.
You can use MATP services to go to most medical appointments that Medical Assistance pays for. These medical services include therapies, tests, dental visits, trips to the pharmacy to get prescriptions, mental health treatment, drug & alcohol treatment, and trips to medical equipment suppliers.
