LIFE assists older adults in navigating the healthcare system and addressing the needs of the whole person. Services include primary and specialty medical care, medications, personal care at home, activities at a day center, meals and transportation.
The LIFE Center provides one location where doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals offer treatment and monitor changes in health, where participants receive nutritious meals, activities to keep active and maybe even make new friends. At House of Hope, we pride ourselves in being a unique program that combines both the teen and the parents in the healing process. Parents are actively involved in counseling programs, parenting classes, and receive spiritual guidance as well. Our on-site school, Hope Academy, is registered with the Pennsylvania Department of Education and provides our teens a formal education through a self-paced curriculum (ACE) designed specifically to meet their performance levels.

We serve teenagers and adults through our Residential Program as well as our Non-Residential Program. The residential program is for girls 13-17 only and involves the enrolled girl living on the premises Monday - Friday. Through our Non-Residential Program, applicants may utilize our other services, such as individual or family counseling and schooling through Hope Academy.

    PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY CHECKLIST: - HOHYP accepts Girls, age 13-17, who
    are not pregnant - Family lives within 75-100 miles from the HOHYP
    Campus - Parents are required to attend weekly counseling, parent
    visitations and parenting classes at HOHYP - The Parents will be
    required to make 3-4 trips a week to the HOHYP Campus - Residents must
    be able to stay with their own family on HOHYP holiday/school breaks
