Daddy's Spirit Moves Me Forward
Daddy's Spirit Moves Me Forward - Recreational and Educational Opportunities
Daddy’s Spirit is currently in its organizational phase. We are presently seeking participation of children ages 5-18 who reside in the Greater Philadelphia (PA-NJ-DE-MD) area and whose fathers have died. Beyond recreational opportunities, we provide specific financial assistance to individual children for the purpose of defraying the cost of organized recreational programs, as well as later defraying the cost of post-secondary education for the children who receive our services. In order to achieve the dual goals of providing recreational and educational opportunities, we are: - Actively seeking volunteers to serve on our Advisory Board as well as to work with the children and their families. Actively seeking donors in the states where Daddy’s Spirit is registered to solicit and receive contributions - both cash contributions and in-kind donations are sought.
