The program is a combination of both FDA-approved medications and counseling. Three types of MAT are offered:

Sublocade: Monthly Buprenorphine injection. Patients need at least seven days on oral Buprenorphine which is provided.
Probuphine: Six-month Buprenorphine implant for patients stabilized on 8mg or less of oral Buprenorphine.
Please note, our practice does not prescribe maintenance oral Buprenorphine.

Offers a certified childbirth educator that will instruct classes and help prepare mothers and their coaches for the labor experience.

This program is designed to reduce cravings, improve coping skills and assist people on their recovery journeys. MAT offers an increase in coordination of care for people battling addiction, offering both therapeutic and medical interventions within the same facility.

CenClear offers a confidential Medication-Assisted Treatment program for individuals struggling with addiction. Research has shown that the maintenance medications buprenorphine and vivitrol, in addition to therapy, may improve the chances an individual will remain on the road to recovery.
