These sessions also afford therapists the opportunity to quickly identify and resolve program issues, address referral and linkage needs and provide consumers with added support to ensure their successful program completion, recovery and wellness.

Provides substance use disorder assessments and referrals to all levels of treatment, substance use disorder recovery support services, warm hand-off (24/7 access to care) at both local emergency departments, mental health case management services, and a urinalysis testing center.

A hospital referral program for an individual that presents to the emergency department of a local hospital with:
- an illness or behavior that is concerning for a substance abuse disorder
-signs/symptoms of a substance use disorder
-a desire to seek treatment for a substance abuse disorder.
Following the referral, an individual will meet with a recovery specialist to complete and screening and care assessment for substance use disorder and make referrals to the appropriate level of care. This service aims to bridge the gap between hospital care and drug and alcohol treatment centers for young adults, aged 18 to 25 years. Hospital based services are available 24/7.
