Provides eligible individuals who are stranded in Allegheny County with local or long distance bus fare. Eligible situations/conditions include but are not limited to runaways, stranded elderly, victims of domestic/intimate partner violence, medical situations, individuals who are mentally disoriented, or situations of verified hardship.

Eligibility: Individual or their representative must be able to provide proof of their
status as stranded and that the destination to which they are seeking
fare assistance is stable. Additional conditions may apply. Call for
details.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm
