Eligibility: * Qualify for unemployment benefits OR experienced a reduction in income, incurred significant costs, or experienced other financial hardship due directly or indirectly to COVID-19 that threaten the household’s ability to pay the costs of the rental property when due

* Demonstrate a risk of experiencing homelessness or housing instability, which may include past due rent and utility notices and eviction notices

* Must be at 80% Area Median Income or below
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 8:00pm

Provides assistance with:
  • low cost Internet or phone options
  • assistance with connecting to WIFI/wireless networks
  • learning how to use your smart phone as a hotspot wireless network
  • using your smartphone to access your email, calendar, or other apps
  • using a computer, tablet, or other devices
  • information on school registration, remote learning support, and other educational needs for your children.
Hotspots are also available.

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 12:00pm - 4:00pm.
