In addition to individual evidence-based therapy, group therapy, and medication management, the Behavioral Health Clinic offers programs to assist Veterans with crisis intervention, homelessness, employment, substance abuse, and more. Services are tailored for Veterans with any mental health needs including, but not limited to, posttraumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, bipolar disorder, and psychosis.

Eligibility: Open to any veteran or service member in crisis, or any person concerned about one.
Hours: 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

National Call Center for Homeless Veterans and Project CHALENG
National Call Center for homeless veterans or veterans at-risk of homelessness. Callers will be connected to trained hotline staff who will conduct a brief screening to assess needs; homeless veterans will be connected with the Homeless Point of Contact at the nearest VA facility; family members and non-VA providers calling on behalf of a homeless Veteran will be provided with information regarding the homeless programs and services available; contact information will be requested so staff may follow-up. Eligibility: You may be eligible for VA benefits if you are a: veteran; veteran's dependent; surviving spouse, child or parent of a deceased veteran; uniformed service member; present or former reservist or National Guard member.

Around the Clock Crisis Services - - Telephone: Clients can call and speak to a trained Crisis staff member anytime. They will assess the situation and offer assistance or help refer the individual to valuable community resources and information. - Walk-In: Clients may come directly to the Crisis Center to meet face-to-face with a Crisis counselor to obtain support, referrals, or information. No appointment necessary. - Mobile: On-location support is available for emergency situations. Crisis staff will offer support, assistance to the hospital for evaluation, and other on-scene support. - Get Help: Face-to-Face • In your home • In the community - Follow-Up: Crisis Services will provide a follow-up program to assist individuals with support after initial contact. This can be done in-office or at the client’s home.
