United Way of Bucks County is offering free assistance to mobile home owners in Bucks County to file for property tax reassessment appeals. We will do all the work and pay the fees of the eligible homeowners in the program.
Your mobile home depreciates over time, but the tax authority won’t lower your assessment unless you appeal. Last year, United Way and Legal Aid helped 177 people lower their assessments, on average by 70%. Their taxes in 2021 may be as low as 30% of what they owed in previous years.
