Resident Opportunity and Self-Sufficiency Program
Provides service coordination to families in HACP’s LIPH communities. By conducting needs assessments, providing linkage to supportive services, and creating resident empowerment activities, ROSS coordinators promote economic and housing independence and stability.

The ROSS program is in five communities across the city:
Allegheny Dwellings
, Arlington Heights
, Bedford Dwellings
, Homewood North
, and Northview Heights.

Eligibility: Any resident in LIPH or family communities is eligible to participate in the ROSS program, unless they are currently enrolled in the FSS Program; A resident can begin participating in ROSS programming at any time.
