Provides both general and specialized social services for all members of the family, particularly children, adolescents, and mothers. Services include: Family Support, Home Visiting, Parent Support groups, Life Skills and Goal Planning, Parent Leaders, Fatherhood group, Assistance and referral to Community Resources, School Readiness and Child Development screenings, Playgroups, Community health nurses provide pre and postnatal care and health education.
