Outpatient therapy provides support to individuals (children, adolescents, and adults) and families to address needs related to a variety of life events and mental health disorders which may include, but are not limited to: anxiety and mood disorders, schizophrenia, personality disorders, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, better ways to manage anger and stress, and family conflict. Therapist and consumer work together to determine the goals and best ways to meet those goals using evidenced based interventions.
