Eligibility: Pregnant women, women who are breastfeeding a baby under one year of age, women who have had a baby in the past six months, and children under age 5: parents, step-parents, guardians, and foster parents of children under age five can apply for their children. Hours: Monday, 10:00amto 6:00pm; Tuesday, 9:00am to 5:00pm; Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
