Provides care and support for individuals of any age and their families coping with serious illness, end of life or loss. Services are provided by a team of professionals, including doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, aides, chaplains, bereavement counselors, complementary therapists and volunteers, with a focus on improving quality of life and patient dignity, while also providing family support. Hospice and palliative care are available for adults, teens and children with any serious illness.
