- Outpatient examination and diagnostic services
- Antituberculosis medication for treatment and prevention of the disease
- Hospitalizations for persons with tuberculosis who are very ill, require inpatient care, and have no source of payment
- Laboratory services, if there is no source of payment
- X-ray services, if there is no source of payment
- In-field, directly observed therapy (DOT) and directly observed treatment of latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI) in order to insure the completion of recommended therapy
- Examination and provision of treatment for LTBI for those who are close contacts of infectious cases
- LTBI therapy for other high-risk tuberculosis skin test reactors
