SCOH provides comprehensive services to children and their families in an attempt to prevent out of home placement. Families are identified as being at high risk for abuse, neglect and dependency. Services to Children in their Own Homes (SCOH) monitors safety of children and parent program goals. SCOH teaches parenting and life skill education to at risk families.
