All Pike county residents for DUI offender program, or those transferred from another county
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 8:00am To 5:00pm

Wednesday, 8:00am to 8:00pm

Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Fee Amounts: Varies, depending on client income
Intake Procedure: Call the office at: 570-296-1054 to obtain a screening, or after hours call the referral center at: 866-824-3578.
If screening warrants, an assessment appointment will be given to determine what, if any, level of care of treatment is needed.
