Habitat rehabilitates or builds new construction homes with volunteer labor and donated materials, then sells the homes with no profit and no interest mortgages, to low-income families who qualify and partner with us.

Eligibility: Applicant must have lived or worked in Beaver County for minimum of 1 year at time of application. Selected families must be willing to partner with Habitat by completing "sweat equity" hours. HOUSING NEED:To qualify for a Habitat home, you must have a housing need such as paying 25% of your monthly income for rent, poor heating or plumbing, leaks in the roof, overcrowding (three to a bedroom), unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
Hours: Tuesday through Thursday, 9:30am to 3:30pm
Saturday, 8:00am to 2:00pm

Intake Procedure: Applications are available online or by calling our office during open application periods. If you are interested in partnering with Habitat and believe you qualify for a home (after reviewing our Partner Family Eligibility Guidelines), we encourage you to send an email (including your name, address, and phone number) to info@beavercountyhabitat.org. Your name will be added to our database and you will be notified by mail of our next application period.
Intake Requirements: Completed home application must be returned to our office by the end of the open application period to be considered.
