150% of the annual Federal Poverty Level (FPL); Cannot participate
in PECO Budget Billing; Cannot have an alternate supplier

Intake Requirements:
PECO service address and phone number; Full name and birthdate of
each household member; Proof of income for past 30 days or past 12
months for each household member or a No-Income Form if the
household has no income; see website for details.
Geographical Area:
Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Montgomery, Philadelphia, and
York County
Helpful Tips:
If a CAP household is identified as a high energy user, must
participate in the Low-Income Usage Reduction Program (LIURP).
