Provides help to those who are struggling to handle the cost of home heating bills. Provides a certain amount to help obtain immediate fuel, the remainder is up to the family/individual.

Eligibility: Must be a resident of Susquehanna County. To qualify, there cannot be a balance with the fuel company and the family must qualify for LIHEAP or have some type of crisis.
Hours: Monday through Friday. 9:30am to 4:00pm
