Lehigh Valley RHAB 10 - Lehigh Valley Coordinated Entry Walk-in Access Sites
Standardized and coordinated assessment and referral service for everyone who is seeking services from the network of homeless services in Lehigh and Northampton County. Clients will complete an assessment with an intake caseworker and will then be referred to the appropriate program.
