South Central RHAB 1 - South Central Coordinated Entry 2-1-1
Standardized and coordinated assessment and referral service for everyone who is seeking services from the network of homeless services in Adams, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Centre, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon and Somerset County. Clients will complete an assessment with an intake caseworker and will then be referred to the appropriate program.
Eligibility: Individuals or families experiencing homelessness
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm
