Provides digital resources linked on website, including Libby, a service which allows borrowing of eBooks and audiobooks from the library, and a TV and movie streaming service. Also provides public computers, free Wi-Fi, a public copier, fax services, and meeting rooms for public use. Hosts miscellaneous free public events. Serves as a warming/cooling center during periods of extreme cold/heat.
