Bradford Facility - Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program
Psychiatric Rehabilitation seeks to help people determine the living, working, learning, and social roles they wish to achieve. Partnering with staff and/or other supports if desired, they identify what skills they have and what skills they need to develop. Determine what supports/resources they have and the ones that they need to achieve their goals. They then make a plan for their recovery and are helped by staff and peers to develop the needed skills and supports/resources that are unique to achieving their goals.
