Intake Procedure: Call for information
Intake Requirements: A medical or nutritional need must be identified as part of the certification process as well. The initial appointment would involve review and verification of identity, residency, income, a review of growth measurements, hemoglobin levels, and medical and nutritional history, and provision of tailored nutrition education as well as checks for the appropriate food package.
