Intake Procedure: Stop in during listed food pantry hours. Emergency food by appointment only. Call and leave message for a return call.
Intake Requirements: Bring ID as proof of all family members and or zip code, and know all birthday dates of family members.
Geographical Area: Lackawanna (Carbondale, Archbald, Clarks Summit, Mayfield, Jermyn, Richland, Vandling)
Helpful Tips: Back parking lot, use driveway next to large brown house.
Go to Glass/Metal Backdoor with black railings on each side of walkway. Enter Brick Church Office Building.
