The Eastern PA Trans Equity Project works to empower transgender Pennsylvanians located in a sixteen county region of Eastern Pennsylvania. Transgender people and the parents of trans kids are eligible, and services include rent assistance, transportation, transgender affirming medication, and food assistance.
