The American Civil Liberties Union of Pennsylvania is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, membership organization dedicated to defending and expanding individual rights and personal freedoms throughout the entire state of Pennsylvania. Through advocacy, public education and litigation, our staff and volunteers work to preserve and enhance liberties grounded in the United States and Pennsylvania constitutions and civil rights laws. Among those liberties are freedoms of speech, religion and association; the right to petition the government; separation of church and state; the right to privacy; reproductive freedom; due process of law; the rights of the accused; and the right to equal treatment under the law.

Providing election and ballot services in Armstrong County.

Provides a space for Chinese youth to speak their mother language, meet new friends, and develop leadership skills through after-school and summer programs. They address problems they face everyday including language and inclusion barriers.

Maintains and controls all activities relating to voter registration and elections. Processes voter registration forms, prepares all supplies and voting equipment for elections, and schedules all activities necessary before, during, and after Election Day.

Provides assistance to Butler County residents with their voter registration and with elections.

Registers voters, provides information on voting places and supplies for elections, supervises the official count of votes cast, and prepares the ballot.

Serves as the governing legislative body for Carbon County. Oversees county operations, including administration/ human resources, economic development, corrections, court services, emergency services, fiscal affairs, human services, public works, and the offices of the Coroner, Public Defender, Sheriff, and Solicitor.

Facilitates elections and offers administrative entities and voter registration offices information.

Maintains the registry for Berks County voters. Administers boundary maps and descriptions for the 198 voting districts. Processes candidate nomination petitions. Provides voter registration, mail-in and absentee ballots for Lehigh County residents.

Luzerne County election office is responsible for the administration of the election laws which includes voter registration and two elections per year. This office is responsible for all new voter registrations in the county and any changes to current registrations such as addresses, name or party affiliation, and the canceling of voter's records with regards to those who have moved or are deceased.

Conducts elections and voter registrations

Administers elections, set preparation for all elections including: ballots, maintaining individual records, election supplies, training for elected officials, and supervision of the official count of votes cast.

Operates as a civil rights organization, participates in voter registration, criminal justice issues, housing, veterans and armed services, health, religious, legal redress, education, candidate forums, women issues, ACT, and etc.

Administers voter registration and absentee ballots for Northampton County residents. Records and maintains files for all registered voters in the county, files and monitors financial reports, and oversees all facets of the Electoral process as required by law.

Issues driver's licenses, permits, photo IDs, voter ID, and handles vehicle registration. Managers driver's testing centers and other service centers across Pennsylvania. Issues Person With Disability Registration Plates and Parking Placards for drivers with disabilities.

Offers assistance navigating state benefits, provides voter registration information, and advocates for constituents across the commonwealth.

Provides informative public meetings, student oratory/essay contest, annual pro-life breakfast, human life awareness advertising and free newsletter. Information about pregnancy, fetal development, abortion, post abortion healing, doctor-prescribed suicide, euthanasia and related human life topics, lending library with books and audio-visuals, educational presentation for ages junior high - adult, referrals for pregnancy counseling and assistance, legislative updates, free newsletter and email updates.

Election/Voter services is responsible for: registering voters, conducting elections, maintaining the registration of all voters, preparing notices of elections and lists of offices, accepting/verifying nomination petitions, preparing official and specimen ballots, administering the Campaign Expenditure Act. Additional responsibilities include establishing voting precincts, locating polling places, training election officers to staff the polls on Election Day and preparing all election supplies to be used at the polls on Election Day.

Registers voters, provides voting places and supplies for elections, supervises the official count of votes casts, and prepares the ballot.

Maintains website that provides information about voter ID laws for both in-person and absentee voting.
