Offers group activities that allow queer youth to strengthen their social support system and facilitate dialogue about how they can make an impact on their community through organizing.

Promotes community wellness, HIV prevention, and sexual education to debunk myths around HIV/AIDS. Offers HIV 101, 201, and 301 courses for community members and youth. Provides free access to OraQuick at-home HIV tests. Collaborates with other community-based organizations to connect clients with HIV and PrEP/PEP care.

Offers case management, virtual therapy, HIV/STI testing, access to PrEP, food and hygiene pantries, desktop computers, gender neutral restrooms, a shower, kitchenette, and lounge area for gaming, and movies. Also offers weekly programs and groups from vogue sessions, karaoke to a runners club, and general support.

Coalition provides services and advocates for the rights and visibility of the LGBTQ+ people across Lancaster County.

MYA provides gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, questioning and straight youth with social educational and supportive activities in a confidential , respectful and safe environment. MYA programs, unique in Philadelphia's western suburbs, encourage healthy relationships with peers, family and community.

Provides free or low-cost legal advice and assistance to LGBTQ people on issues related to their LGBTQ identity including family law, wills, powers of attorney, discrimination, harassment, name and gender-marker changes, and public policy.

Supports lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) people, their parents and families, and allies through education and advocacy, as delivered by a grassroots, volunteer network of local chapters.

Offers email support, resources and groups that meet online and in person geared primarily towards adult family members of LGBTQ+ children of any age. We also welcome allies and members of the LGBTQ+ community.. PFLAG does not work directly with youth but aims to improve their lives by supporting families and educating communities. Offering recreational activities, therapeutic groups, life skills training, one to one professional counseling, peer support/navigation, and health education/risk reduction. HIV/STI counseling and testing, prevention supplies, and other programs.
