Victim Advocates provide in-person, non-judgmental support in a legal setting. The advocates are responsible for providing the necessary information to the victims/survivors about the legal system when making critical decisions. They also ensure that the victims'/survivors' rights are upheld throughout the process and provide explanation of the legal ramifications.

Individual Empowerment Counseling:
Counselor Advocates provide interventions that are action focused, client-centered, and trauma informed. This interaction occurs one-on-one between a trained advocate and victims/survivors, or their significant others. Program focuses on understanding the complexities and effects of victimization. Also, assists with exploring options and ways to implement strategies to overcome obstacles.

Group Empowerment Counseling
: Counselor Advocates provide interventions that are action focused, client-centered, and trauma informed. This interaction occurs between a trained advocate and two or more victims/survivors and/or significant others in an informal, confidential setting. The group encourages participants to build rapport and mutual respect. This gives them the opportunity to reduce isolation and become empowered.

Provides counseling and therapy for women, children and men who have experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse and incest, human trafficking, and other crimes.

Helps domestic violence victims and their children remain safe by providing emergency shelter, 24- hour hotline, community and school educational programs, options counseling, legal advocacy, and group support.

Provides teen group and individual counseling program. 1 on 1 Individual counseling is provided to teens on the Hotline, in person or outreach sites, including on site at rural Erie County middle high schools. Individual Counseling is designed to help meet the needs of teens who have been affected by domestic violence. Prevention and education materials include a variety of worksheets, workbooks and activities.

Provides Christian-based counseling including individual, pre-marital, marital, child, youth, family, grief, abuse, illness, and others. Also offers family life education and marital enrichment and workshops for spirituality, communications, and parenting.

Provides free and confidential supportive services for victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, and violent crimes, and their loved ones.

Provides free and confidential counseling services for victims of crime, their family members and friends. Counseling options available include Individual Counseling, Support Group Counseling, Child Abuse Treatment, and Family Therapy Program.
