Provides early intervention services to preschool children with or at-risk for developmental delays. Services may include identification, screening and assessment, speech pathology and audiology, special instruction, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and family trainings.

Creates life-changing solutions for children and adults with physical and cognitive disabilities, autism and other social, sensory and developmental disorders and their families through a variety programs designed to increase independence, maximize opportunities, minimize barriers and enhance quality of life. Provides Early Intervention services for children starting at birth and provides free developmental screenings to ensure early identification of potential delays when it is most critical. Offers summer day camps and overnight camp; weekend respite camp; autism diagnostic clinic; ABA therapy coaching for parents of children with autism; community supports/habilitation for adults; and employment preparation program for high school students.

Provides enhanced behavioral health treatment services to children and individuals up to age 18 who have a mental health diagnosis and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder. Services can be provided in the child's home, community, or school. Family supportive services and counseling.

Helps families with children who have developmental delays. Offers a diagnostic preschool evaluation team to provide evaluations for your child.

Through a family training model, services are provided in the child's natural environment with the active participation of their parents and other caregivers. These services can include: home-based instruction, physical, occupational and speech therapies, case management services, and tracking/monitoring a childâ??s development.

Helps to promote early childhood development and school readiness by offering personal in-home visits, parent support groups, resource referrals, health insurance enrollment, child development, and parenting education.

Develop and implement organized plans for locating and identifying children who may be experiencing developmental delays or are in need of special education.

Provides crisis services and investigates all child abuse and neglect allegations within the county. Actively recruits and maintains licensed resource families for children when placement is necessary. Case management services conduct home visits, assess the safety of children, and refer children/family to appropriate services. Programs include: Drug and Alcohol Prevention, Triple P, Student Assistance Program, Truancy Outreach, Foster Care, Early Intervention, and Independent Living.

Provides educational programs for students, parents and professionals at schools, workplaces, community centers, etc.
Programs include:

• Risk reduction/safety education programs for children from pre-k to college age
• Safety Rangers, a 10 week after school safety education program
• College, community and professional training to law enforcement, medical personnel, community centers, teachers, etc.
• Mandated Reporter Training approved for schools by the PA Department of Education to meet ACT 126 Mandatory Reporter Training Requirements for educators.
