Eligibility:
All applicants must meet the following requirements:
1. Own the home for at least one year prior to application and occupy the home.
2. Homeowner must intend to occupy the dwelling subsequent to repairs being made.
3. Home must be located in a county served by that grant.
4. Homeowner must have exhausted all other funding resources.
5. Household income must meet the very low (Very low income will receive at least 80% of program funds) or low income limit guidelines.
6. Home repairs or renovations must meet the targeted scope of the grant being applied for.

Caregiver Support Program
Provides reimbursement for care giving expenses for people caring for parents, spouses, children or relatives that live at home.

Benefits provided include:

Provides home modifications to help increase accessibility for older adults in Pennsylvania so they can remain independent and safe in their homes. Offers low cost, high impact modifications such as grab bars, non-slip strips, or railings to help increase independence and support safely aging in place.

Housing Rehabilitation
Rehabilitates homes for limited -income families. Eligible repairs include structural, roofing, plumbing, electrical, heating/furnace, window replacement, randon and lead-based paint mitigation, and energy-related improvements. Also included are modifications for mobility-impaired residents.
