Eligibility:
All applicants must meet the following requirements:
1. Own the home for at least one year prior to application and occupy the home.
2. Homeowner must intend to occupy the dwelling subsequent to repairs being made.
3. Home must be located in a county served by that grant.
4. Homeowner must have exhausted all other funding resources.
5. Household income must meet the very low (Very low income will receive at least 80% of program funds) or low income limit guidelines.
6. Home repairs or renovations must meet the targeted scope of the grant being applied for.

Eligibility: Caregiver of someone age 60 or older.
Financial eligibility determined by proof of annual household income.
The services being provided can not be completed by a family member.

Also can assist grandparents 55 years or older who have legal, custodial or guardianship of their biological grandchild.
