FGDM offers families the opportunity to join together with other people who are important in their lives, to develop a plan to resolve identified concerns. Families who enter into FGDM are guided by a Coordinator.

Comprehensive case management and referrals to help a family navigate and advocate what services will help them to succeed in our community.

This agency takes a "whole family" approach to understanding what the needs are, what barriers may be keeping a family from experiening their "best selves" and help develop a plan to meet those needs. Individuals within a family as well as the family as a unit, gains understanding:

•what STRENGTHS are present
•what SERVICES are appropriate
•how to ACCESS those services
•how to ASSESS what is working
•develop STRATEGIES to thrive now and in the future

• FINANCES - are you in danger of loosing your housing or overwhelmed by bills?
• BEHAVIOR - is your family or child struggling with anger and/or fighting?

This includes community Parenting classes, Fatherhood Basics and activities, Family Reunification Program, Family Group Decision Making, Parents as Teachers Home Visiting, Juvenile Probation Workshops and Budget Workshops.

An important part of our mission is to prepare students for acceptance into the high schools that best match their potential. Most students enter Hope Partnership several grade levels behind in all subject areas. In order to provide students with the extra support that they require, Hope operates an extended day/extended year model 11 hours a day, 11 months a year. Beyond its academic program, the school offers enrichment activities, one to one tutoring, and community service projects in order to foster the personal and intellectual development of all its students.

Lifesteps - Home Based Family Support - Beaver
The program offers families a unique opportunity to work toward family stability and reduce the risk of out-of-home placement by providing them with personalized, in-home support. The Home-Based Case Manager or Family Resource Specialist meets the "total" needs of the child through guiding and assisting parents or guardians in gaining access to necessary medical, educational, rehabilitative, and social services. Additionally, the program connects families with other community resources and supports.

Northampton County Children, Youth and Families
Responsible for planning and providing state mandated social services to dependent and abused children and youth in Northampton County. Works to prevent abuse and neglect and provides protection services for abused children which includes a range of temporary out-of-home care options, family visitation and re-unification, when possible, and permanent placement when a child cannot return to their home.

Specific services include counseling, case management, parenting education classes, protective services, and foster home care. The CYF Division also provides adoption services and court-ordered custody evaluations and supervised visitation. The agency contracts with other providers for group home care, residential care, life skills education, day care, day treatment and supervised independent living.
