Columbia Food Bank

Families are given food for 24 meals based on family size, which includes meats and frozen foods, eggs and butter. Persons needing food must be screened every three months. Full list of screening requirements available on request. Limited to receiving food once a month. Emergency food provided with no screening only once in a 12-month period.

Provides Easter and Thanksgiving Food baskets for clients of The Columbia Food Bank.

Food Ministry

Provides meats, cereal, pasta, etc. three times a month. Offers breads and pastries are given on an as needed basis, ham is given to each family at Easter, food basket with a turkey, and gifts for younger children is given at Christmas.

Holiday Baskets

Provides Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas food baskets to clients of Solanco Neighborhood Ministries. Meals are complete with turkey/ham (or gift card), all the fixings and dessert. Advance sign-ups required.

Donations can be dropped off at the side of the building Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 4:00pm, Friday, 9:00am to 12:00pm. Perishable items can be brought inside.

Bountiful Blessings Easter Program

Provides an Easter dinner for families who are struggling. Families will be referred to either the Montrose Mobile Pantry or to the Great Bend Mobile Pantry to participate in the Bountiful Blessings program. Hams will be distributed during the pantry closest to Easter.
