Coronavirus testing sites

People who believe they may have symptoms of the virus can get screened by LVHN online and by phone. People can call the MyLVHN nurse Information line at 888-402-5846 or complete an LVHN video visit by downloading the myLVHN app.

If after the screening LVHN professionals determine a patient has Covid-19 symptoms they will be directed to one of the LVHN assess and test locations.

Drive-Thru Testing- People can drive up and do a self-swab nasal test with a pharmacist overseeing the procedure.

expand access to COVID-19 risk screening and testing. It is not
intended for people experiencing severe symptoms such as severe cough,

-Are 13-17 years old with a parent or legal guardian who consents to
your test, and will attend and supervise you during the test.
