Bethany Medical Outreach
We will provide health care to meet the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of the community. We will offer screening services for the inner-city community, including substance-abuse addicts, the homeless, prostitutes, and youth, which are high-risk for HIV, diabetes, hypertension, and tuberculosis. We will increase access to health care by referring individuals to where they can receive further medical care, counseling, or support services. Our outreach workers are dedicated to follow-up on each patient.

Provides access to comprehensive health services through clinics at homeless congregate sites for men, women, and children experiencing homelessness throughout the Pittsburgh area.

A prescription voucher program is also available to homeless individuals who have no medical assistance for covering prescription costs.

Additional specialty services, outreach services, and substance abuse services are available to homeless individuals each month.

Volunteer dental, medical, vision professionals will provide free health care services on a first-come, first serve basis. Due to time constraints, be prepared to choose between DENTAL and VISION services. Medical services are offered to every patient attending the clinic. This event is free and open to the public.
