Helps individuals without prescription coverage to acquire their medication by facilitating the paperwork between the client, the prescribing physician, and the pharmaceutical company who manufacturers that particular medication.

Supplies medications to patients at no cost and offers medication education.

Operates a weekly oral hygiene clinic. Provides dental extractions and fillings for urgent painful conditions like abscess, lost fillings, cavities, and etc.

Provides assistance in purchasing prescription medications (including co-pays).

Offers programs that connect clients and their family to supportive services. Support is as individualized as possible and addresses each person's needs, within their local community.

Provides assistance to help individuals participate in pharmaceutical companies' Patent Assistance Programs (PAP)'s.
Emergency Assistance with prescription medications is also available for those that qualify.

Provides individuals with confidential and free advocacy, information, and assistance to maximize independence and quality of life. Offers information about local services and also assists in obtaining access to those services. Services include AARP, PACE, rent rebates, tax credits, and prescription assistance.

Offers assistance to individuals to apply for federal/state benefits such as Medicare low income subsidy and welfare benefits.

Services covered include all modes of renal dialysis, kidney transplantation, certain prescription drugs, home dialysis supplies and equipment, certain physician fees, and limited patient transportation.
