Many children need more concentrated care than traditional outpatient services can provide. Our program employs the highest quality treatment professionals to provide these additional services. Our primary goal is to allow the child and family to thrive in their homes and schools so that the need for expensive and disruptive hospitalizations or residential treatment can be avoided.

Family and Community Service of Delaware County
Administrative Office - Singles - Permanent Supportive Housing
Through a Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grant and partnership with Delaware County Office of Behavioral Health, FCSDC provides supportive housing for single homeless participants who suffer from mental health and/or substance abuse. Selected candidates are provided ongoing financial assistance in the form of rental subsidy vouchers that can be used to secure a housing with an account incentive. Through intensive case management clients are assisted with budgeting, household management, job training, and employment support.
