    Our Supportive Living Program is designed to prevent psychiatric and medical re-hospitalization while giving individuals independent housing in a supportive environment. Residents have access to 24/7 staff support. The program is designed to help individuals obtain independence of living within the community as well as aid in learning skills such as daily living skills, money management skills, and self-care. Our trained staff also assists residents to work collaboratively with their medical professionals to understand their concerns and manage their medications. A referral from Franklin/Fulton MH/ID/EI is needed to set up an appointment.
