Affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania and numerous other allied health schools and colleges, the Philadelphia VA Medical Center offers comprehensive surgical, medical and psychiatric care to include special emphasis programs, alcohol and drug dependence treatment, and rehabilitative care.

VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) is an integrated health care system that proudly serves the Veteran population throughout the tri-state area of Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia. VAPHS consists of two clinical care facilities in Pittsburgh as well as five community based outpatient clinics.

A Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) is a VA-operated clinic or a VA-funded or reimbursed health care facility or site that is geographically distinct or separate from the parent medical facility.

The Belmont County Community Based Outpatient Clinic is staffed by caring professionals who provide primary care services including general medical care, physical exams, and laboratory, radiology, dietary and podiatry services.

Offers eligible veterans access to a continuum of care from prevention to diagnosis and treatment, to appropriate follow-up and referral. Patients needing specialty care are referred to the VA Medical Center in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

Provides a Veteran's outpatient clinic. Services include primary care, routine lab tests, patient education, social work services. No emergency services at this location.
