Also offers assistance for aging LGBT individuals/couples facing later-life decisions.

Provides comprehensive health services for women and anyone who self-identifies as transgender. Services include routine physicals and gynecological exams, hormone therapy, birth control, pregnancy testing, abortion services up to 23 weeks for women and trans men, testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, HIV testing, permanent sterilization, individual and post abortion counseling.

Offers psychotherapeutic services, including individual, group, and couples psychotherapy, to women, transgender, and gender non-conforming communities.
