Pride Bridge Builders program offers counseling and support groups for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) individuals, as well as individuals dealing with questions about gender identity. Also offers assistance for aging LGBT individuals/couples facing later-life decisions.

Offers an LGBTQ+ Support Group.

A positive support group designed to provide LGBTQ+ individuals a space for connection and to explore feelings, develop interpersonal skills, reduce stress, increase self-esteem, and increase self-awareness.

Provides support groups, clothing and toiletry closet, reference and referral advocacy, professional development training for those in the LGBTQ+ community and allies.

Mazzoni Center offers a full array of primary health care services, mental and behavioral health services, and LBGT legal services, as well as HIV and STD testing, food bank and housing subsidies for familis and individuals affected by HIV, support groups, outreach and education programs, including the Ally Safe School Program and citywide GSA network.

Partners with local schools to support LGBTQ youth by recruiting LGBTQ volunteers to be group mentors to high school Gender and Sexuality Alliances. Volunteers attend regular after-school meetings for 12 months and work to help their mentees achieve their goals and realize their full potential.

We are a mutual self-help and peer support group for LGBTQ+ persons living with mental health, substance use and/or health conditions.

Coalition provides services and advocates for the rights and visibility of the LGBTQ+ people across Lancaster County.
Programming includes:

- Gaming, crafting and other social groups
- Yoga
- Peer to Peer Support

Offers email support, resources and groups that meet online and in person geared primarily towards adult family members of LGBTQ+ children of any age. We also welcome allies and members of the LGBTQ+ community.. PFLAG does not work directly with youth but aims to improve their lives by supporting families and educating communities. PFLAG National also offers virtual Comunidad Latina / Latino Community groups for those who speak Spanish. Volunteers welcome to contact us for current opportunities.

Provides support to LGBTQ+ youth in the local community. Youth group is developed by Greater Erie Alliance for Equality and NW Alliance in an effort to build and assist the youth.
