At that time, she had been enduring domestic violence for a while, and didn’t know what to do. She saw an ad for 211, and decided to call. She told us that call changed her life and the life of her daughter, because the caring 211 specialist listened to her needs, and gave her resources that helped her escape the domestic violonce she was experiencing.
