A caseworker received a call from an individual seeking financial assistance with a water payment.

The caller is a 29 year old female residing in Berks County with her two young children and significant other. The caller’s partner is currently the only income at this time. The caller was receiving a substantial amount of money in the form of Child Support for her two children but it has recently stopped making it difficult to pay bills. The caller stated she wants to be employed but can’t obtain employment.

The caseworker assessed the caller’s situation, discussed potential alternatives to assist caller with improving their financial assistance.
