Provides high-risk youth the opportunity to earn marketable credentials, engage in further education, and secure employment to achieve economic success. Youth can enroll into the program even if they have not finished high school or obtained a GED/high school diploma.

Income guidelines apply. Must score at least a sixth-grade reading level on the TABE test
