Intake Procedure: Download and complete the application on the website and return it to the Child Development Center by email or in person.

Call or visit in person for a printed copy of the application.
Intake Requirements: There are several forms that need to be signed and submitted. A non-refundable application fee is required for registration along with the first week's payment. If you are receiving a subsidy, please submit verification along with your subsidy co-payment.
