Sally and Howard Levin Clubhouse - Clubhouse Model Psychiatric Rehabilitation
Provides a supportive community for adults whose lives have been disrupted by mental illness. Follows the Standards of the Clubhouse International recovery model, and invites members to become equal partners in all aspects of daily operation.

Eligibility: Adults age 18 and older with a diagnosis of Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizoaffective Disorder, or Schizophrenia.

Other diagnoses may qualify, but a letter of exception is required.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
