Millvale Office - Utility and Rental Assistance Program
Provides direct assistance with utility bills for individuals and families. Also acts as a screening agency and offers assistance with the applications for Dollar Energy Fund, Peoples Gas CAP Program, and LIHEAP.

Copies of the utility bills for which client is seeking assistance.
Geographical Area: Serves boroughs and townships in northern Allegheny County outside the City of Pittsburgh limits.
